SHIPPING POLICY


Within the 48 Contiguous United States:

All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping within the United States. 729 BEaUty Hair is shipped from our location in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, CA. It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.


Premium ground shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:

Our Premium ground option may reduce shipping time for rural residents and costs $14.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days.


Express shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:

For your convenience, we also offer Express delivery, which costs $19.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days. We make every effort to ship all Express orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, on the following day. All Express orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped out on the next business day.

Occasionally, there may be delays due to peak shipping periods, but we’ll try our best to get your orders out as soon as possible.


Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, and US territories:

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and US territories is available for $14.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is up to 30 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $19.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 9-11 business days. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping to these destinations.


Shipping to Canada:

Shipping to Canada is available for $19.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is 9-14 business days. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or customs. If you haven’t received your order after 4 weeks, please call Client Services at
(818) 691-6608 available Monday -Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time or email us anytime @info@729beauty.com for assistance. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes on the value of the goods purchased, which may be imposed by the Canadian government.


VIP Member Shipping

All VIP orders over $39, shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard ground shipping. VIP orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or Canada receive a $5 discount on standard ground shipping charges. Excluding certain promotions.

For orders verified payments before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times start from the first full business day after the package leaves our facility. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for shipping to rural ZIP Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events.
Please note: Orders to Canada may be charged additional state taxes or import fees. Currently, we do not ship overseas. Premium and Express Pink are not available for P.O. boxes.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unbundled hair extensions as we understand there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that are not custom ordered, have not been unbundled, worn or altered from its natural state.

WHY ARE 729 BEAUTY HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE IF UNBUNDLED?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW unbundled or used looking items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

You must contact us first at (info@729beauty.com) within 14 business days of purchase. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All 729 BEaUty Hair Extensions must be shipped back unaltered and in the original packaging. The packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because 729 BEaUty Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

Please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not altered or used.

Returns for a refund can only be made to the original form of payment minus a $5.95 restocking fee per item*. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States, or Canada. Gift card purchases are not eligible for refund. Gift card purchases can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide a full refund on unaltered hair extensions within 14 business days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

MAY I RETURN 729 BEAUTY HAIR EXTENSIONS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility .My estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order? If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please email us at info@729beauty.com. If your tracking number information indicates that your order was delivered, please check with your neighbors or building management to see if either party received the package on your behalf. If your package was shipped to a business, please check with the mail room or the person that receives the mail. Canada, may have delays due to customs, which would increase the delivery time to 4 weeks.
